Job Description

• Manage and prioritize the executive’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements
• Handle incoming/outgoing correspondence (emails, letters, phone calls) with discretion
• Prepare, proofread, and edit reports, presentations, and memos
• Take minutes during meetings and follow up on action items
• Maintain physical and digital filing systems securely

Job Requirements

• 5 years of experience in an Executive Secretary role or related field
• Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor laws
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Excellent command of the English language
• Availability 24/7
