Job Description

  • Recruitment and Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Employee Relations: Foster positive employee relations and resolve conflicts in a fair and timely manner
  • Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management systems to ensure employees meet expectations
  • Training and Development: Provide opportunities for employees to grow and develop their skills
  • Compliance: Ensure the company complies with labor laws and regulations

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 5 years of experience in HR role
  • Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor laws
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
